In late 2017, Key Community Housing’s Board of Directors hired Talin Keshishian to be their new Program Manager in charge of spearheading its housing programs, conducting quality-driven property management and expanding the organization both fiscally and programmatically. Talin Keshishian comes with extensive experience in housing services and programs within Los Angeles County as well as a graduate degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management.
Key Community Housing has historically operated on a nearly voluntary basis. They have had one staff person and an all-volunteer Board of Directors. This has helped in the organization’s expansion by putting more program dollars into each home.
