· Develop and participate in partnerships that create and maintain affordable housing options and an array of supportive services

· Collaborate with other organizations to acquire, manage, and facilitate the construction of affordable and special needs housing

· Assist in solving housing, health, and social problems for persons with developmental disabilities

· Recruit partners, provide community education and technical assistance to support the development of housing alternatives

· Identify community resources to advance the mission of the organization

· Develop replicable housing models and financing options leverage private and public resources

· Pursue activities, which promote and improve the quality of life for individuals and families with disabilities
